These terms apply to your use of buddysdeal.lk and purchases from Buddy’s Deal, an individual business registered in Sri Lanka. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Using our store
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or act with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Keep account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit fraudulent orders.
Products and availability
We aim to display accurate descriptions, sizes, colours and images. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. Availability is subject to stock confirmation. If a material description or price error affects your order, we will explain the correction and seek your agreement before proceeding, or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not replace an ordered product without your agreement.
Prices and order acceptance
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts will be displayed before you confirm payment. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm that the goods are available and the order is accepted for fulfilment. If we cannot accept an order, any payment received will be refunded.
Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed through the payment provider selected there and are subject to authorisation and its applicable terms. A debit or browser redirect alone may not establish a confirmed payment; we verify transaction status. Never send us your card PIN, CVV or one-time password. Any instalment option is subject to its provider’s eligibility and terms.
Delivery
Delivery is available to the Sri Lankan locations accepted at checkout. Charges and any order-specific delivery estimate will be shown or communicated before order acceptance. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Please provide an address where the order can be received. We will contact you about material delays and explain the available options. Any additional charge caused by an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery will be explained and agreed before re-delivery.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy explains eligibility, return costs, cancellation procedures and refund timing. It forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Promotions and wholesale purchases
Promotions apply during their stated period and subject to disclosed conditions. Any wholesale minimum quantity, customised order terms or special delivery arrangements must be agreed before the order is accepted. Separate terms cannot remove rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Website content and service
Our branding and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. We take reasonable care to operate the website, but interruptions may occur during maintenance or events outside our reasonable control.
Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us first about an order or payment problem so we can investigate. You retain the right to use available consumer complaint channels and legal remedies. These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law, and disputes may be brought before the competent Sri Lankan courts.
Changes
Revised terms will be published with an updated date. The terms accepted when an order is placed apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
