Buddy’s Deal operates buddysdeal.lk. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our store, place an order or contact us.

Refusing optional marketing does not prevent a purchase.
Payments
When you select an online payment provider at checkout, the provider processes the payment under its own privacy and security terms. This may involve redirection to its payment page and return to our website. We receive the payment status and transaction reference needed to manage your order. Please enter card details only through the payment provider’s authorised payment interface. We do not request your CVV, PIN or one-time password by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Who receives your information
We share the information necessary for the service with payment processors, delivery partners, hosting and website support providers, and professional advisers where required. Authorised staff use information only for their work. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to investigate fraud or protect legal rights. We do not sell customer personal information.
Cookies and optional tracking

Our store is intended for customers able to enter a purchase contract, or those acting with a parent or guardian’s involvement.
